Life Start offers two approved training formats: Blended / Hybrid and Traditional In-Person.
Both options meet OHS requirements and provide the same certification, the difference is how the training is delivered.

Blended / Hybrid Training
Blended (or Hybrid) training combines online learning with an in-person skills session.
How it works:
- Complete self-paced video modules online (you have access once you sign up)
- Learn at your own pace (pause, rewatch, return anytime)
- Attend an in-person session to practice hands-on skills with an instructor
This option is ideal for busy schedules or learners who prefer time to review material in advance.
Traditional In-Person Training
Traditional In-Person training is completed entirely in the classroom with an instructor.

- Real-time instruction, discussion, and practice
- Ideal for learners who prefer face-to-face teaching from start to finish
