How Do I Start My Course, Log In, or Access My Certificate?

Start here first (most important)

If you registered for a Blended / Hybrid course, your training starts online before your in-person session.

You will receive an activation email to set up your account and begin your course (check your spam folder from [email protected].

Step 1: Check your email for the activation link.

After registering, look for an email from do-not-reply@lifestarttraining.com
Important:

• Check your junk or spam folder
• Search your inbox for “LifeStartTraining”
• The email contains a link to activate your account and start your course

Step 2: Activate your account & start your course (help video here)

Once you open the activation email:

1. Click the activation link
2. Create a password
3. Log into your account here
4. Begin your online course modules 

If you haven’t completed the online portion, you will not be able to complete the in-person skills session, so make sure this step is done before class.

Step 3: Can’t remember your password?

1. Go to the Life Start login page
2. Select “Forgot Password”
3. Follow the instructions sent to your email

(check junk/spam again)

Step 4: Logging back in laterIf you’re returning to your course or certificate:

• Use the same email address you registered with
• Put in your password
• Look under "Courses" to begin your course

Step 5: Accessing your certificate after you have completed class

Once you have successfully completed your training:

• Your certificate will be available in your account - It's a requirement to complete a mandated CSA survey

• Go to "Certificates"
• Complete the survey
• Select download "Wall" or "Wallet" certificate 
• Certificates remain accessible for future reference
