Choosing the right First Aid & CPR course usually comes down to two things: the type of work you do and the level of risk in your workplace. Follow the steps below to find the right course for you.
Step 1: What type of work do you do?
Examples include:
- Office or administrative work
- Reception or front desk roles
- Daycare and childcare
- Schools (non-industrial roles)
- Fast food, restaurants, and hospitality
- Retail and customer service
Examples include:
- Manufacturing or industrial work
- Construction, roofing, or trades
- Warehousing and logistics
- Food processing plants
- Personal Support Workers (PSWs)
- Nursing homes or healthcare support roles
- Shelters, youth outreach, or rescue services
Blended/Hybrid Training (Half Online + Half In-Person)
Hybrid Basic First Aid CPR/AED Level C
Hybrid Intermediate First Aid CPR/AED Level C
Videos must be completed before class.
Traditional In-Person Training (No Online Components)All training is completed in the classroom with an instructor from start to finish. Click the link below and choose your location.

Both options are OHS-approved and provide the same certification.

Traditional In-Person Schedule
Intermediate First Aid CPR/AED Level C (Standard)Required for higher-risk workplaces. Includes everything in Basic First Aid, plus more in-depth wound care, spinal injuries, and environmental emergencies. Traditional In-Person Schedule
